Jackie’s knowledge of the market is reflected in the results she achieved in selling my home.

I met Jackie Dalton 8 years ago when my husband and I decided to downsize from the property we were living in at Pelican Waters. We originally were interested in buying another block of land and building a much smaller house. However when we enquired about which blocks were available Jackie advised us they had all been sold. She did however, mention she had a set of duplexes she was selling off the plan and they were to be built on a block we were interested in. We had never considered living in a semi detached home before and Jackie explained how we could have everything we wanted to have in our new smaller home done as a package by the builder she was representing. With her knowledge and guidance it was such an easy process and we ended up with the home of our dreams. I approached Jackie recently when I decided I was wanting to sell my duplex and move interstate to live in a retirement village close to my family. This time I really needed a real estate agent I could rely on to guide me through the process as I was selling as a 70 year old widow. I felt overwhelmed at the prospect and she was constantly available to answer questions, give advice, and plan a sales program together with me that would achieve my goal. She arranged a photo shoot to market my home and her description of the property was amazingly close to how I live and view my home without actually living in it herself. Jackie praised how well I had maintained and cared for my home and how clean and well presented it was all the time.
