From the beginning of the sales process, Amar and Vani were thoughtfully understanding of our circumstances of being parents working full time with two young children. As other agents do, of course they provided us with thorough advice on how to prepare our home for photo shooting and open homes. Beyond this, Amar physically helped to have best quality photos of our home taken. Also, he had two open homes on weekends for us since he considerately understands how stressful but important it is to prepare the house to present it nicely to potential buyers. Despite the slowing down market, we believe that Amar and Vani have achieved the best possible results for us. Furthermore, they secured a rental property for us as we couldn’t find our next home. They keep their word and address every single concern that we had. Selling a home we have been in love with was emotionally demanding/ draining. Buy͏ and sell with real way ! Bought off Amar 3 years ago, great experience. So 3 yrs later, when time to sell we knew we would go back to Amar. i was the market in a new (further away) area and had to deal with other agents, I couldn’t believe the difference, we met so many agents buying the us time and nobody gave us the experience Amar did. Agents is a fair and great communicator, knows his buyers and sellers needs and expectations and literally lined up the perfect buyers for our house. We had multiple offers very quickly and sold the house fast. We are so grateful for his professionalism and expertise.
