As first home buyers, there is a lot of stuff people forget to tell you, or just assume you should know. We recently purchased our first home through Brent and we can easily say that we were never left in the dark about anything. Brent was professional and personable from the start to finish. He explained everything with patience and did everything he could to make the process easy and it really was! We are so happy with the price we got for our house and Brent listened to our thoughts and gave honest feedback. We also believe he was very honest and upfront to all potential buyers as well, as our house was in the flood zone. He doesn't waste anyone's time with false pretenses. He was also very good with communication, returning all calls and emails and answering all our questions. We can't recommend Brent highly enough for buying and selling property. He is down to earth, honest and professional.
