Brent was recommended to us by relatives that had sold a house through him and also by a bank manager that my brother knew. My mother had moved to a nursing home in Gladstone and we had to sell her home in Bundaberg and as my brother and I had Power of Attorney and as he lives in Toowoomba and I live on the Sunshine Coast it was quite difficult at times dealing with the sale of her home. Brent was fantastic and organised people to do the yard and sort the pool as we had no idea! I would certainly recommend him to anyone thinking of buying or selling real estate. Only one problem with Brent is his AFL football team!!

We were absentee vendors, so did most of the discussion with Brent, Anthony and Gary by phone, email or text. Brent and Anthony knee the local market extremely well and after discussion with Anthony, we decided to list the property at a price that was very close to our expectations(and the guidance by Brent and Anthony). Thanks to Anthony’s efforts we had our first inspection a few hours after finalising the paperwork. Another buyers came through the following day and we had a multi offer situation. Anthony managed this process extremely professionally, showing no favour to either party, and we signed a contract the following day. Gary attended the Building and Pest inspection with the buyer and was able to overcome any queries. Both Brent and Anthony we’re away on leave, so as a result of great cooperation within the sales team of the office, Gary looked after our interests professionally. Our experience with Brent and his team from Day 1 was a pleasure. Nothing was ever a problem for them. Communication was quick and effective. We were amazed that the sales staff worked as a team to achieve the best result possible. I have only admiration for this. We wish more RE Agencies would work this way!

After having my property previously listed with other agents with no traction and no feedback I was disheartened. Selling my property was my largest financial asset, and attached with memories, this proved to be an emotional journey. I did not live in Bundaberg anymore, so finding the right fit to sell my property, and commitment from an agent, was even more challenging. I turned to Shane after seeing him via social media and networking platforms, this level of a saturation made me think perhaps Shane was genuinely very passionate about real estate,hence I reached out to him. I sent an email New Years Eve expecting to hear back from Shane in the new year, within the hour I received the phone call and immediately felt Shane was passionate about real estate. Within the week my property was listed and Shane and his family went so far as to attend my vacant property and do a video advertising the lifestyle. Shane promoted this on many social network platforms at no extra charge. Beyond the normal advertising campaign Shane worked above and beyond engaging with buyers, open homes and social media to capture as much of the market as possible. Furthermore I was never left wondering, to me this was key to my journey I was constantly contacted, it didn't matter what day of the week or what time, I was always informed. After 3 prior attempts with other agents to sell my property within no outcome, Shane probably had a harder sell ahead of him !! But, bingo - Shane had a multi offer contract on my property within weeks and successfully sold at ABOVE the listing price!!!!!! The commitment, contact and support went right through to after the sale. We cannot express how grateful we are to Brent and his team. Another big thing....Brent is an amazing great guy.
