I'm a prickly, hard to please bastard. Brent went alright, got the joint sold which was NO easy task. As with most prickly bastards, as a general rule I hate real estate agents. But.. I'd probably have a beer with Brent. He's certainly the ONLY real estate agent I would recommend in the Wide bay area and is miles ahead of the scumbags from every other agency.
