Shane was instrumental in getting the deal locked in quickly. There were also some issues during settlement that Shane went the extra mile with to make sure there was a fair outcome.

Shane was brilliant to deal with and made the buying experience very smooth. He was always contactable if we needed to reach him and even got us an extra unscheduled walk through our new home! Amazing service.

There is a standard commission but there isn't always a standard service. Brent is the term 'above and beyond' in the form of an agent. If Brent doesn't know something or someone in Bundaberg then it probably isn't worth knowing. The service from initial contact/inquiry until well beyond settlement was first class and absolutely exceeded our expectation, really setting the bar high for anyone else to match his service. His genuine willingness to help every step of the way is second to none.
