There is a standard commission but there isn't always a standard service. Brent is the term 'above and beyond' in the form of an agent. If Brent doesn't know something or someone in Bundaberg then it probably isn't worth knowing. The service from initial contact/inquiry until well beyond settlement was first class and absolutely exceeded our expectation, really setting the bar high for anyone else to match his service.
