Nothing was too much trouble despite the challenges of us (as buyers) being out of town for most of the process, but wanting to stay hands-on. Where do I start . We were interstate buyers so unable to physically inspect the property . Shane was amazing with a FaceTime showing of the property but he also was incredible with communication at all times which as interstate buyer's just made us feel a lot more at ease .
