Brent is our son – there, we said it. We're as biased as biased can be. You can either rule this review out right now or you can read on because we'd like to elaborate a little more on Brent the person - not the Agent. Our son is incapable of lying. It's never been in his nature to mislead & that makes him the ideal trustworthy person for a job of this importance. He's an impeccable communicator. This started as a young man with flair for public speaking which transformed in later life to hosting public events across Bundaberg for which he never puts his hand up for reward or payment. Supporting his community is important to him. Top of the list though - he is kind. In fact, as parents, if we had a crystal ball we might've steered him clear of Real Estate as we know the constant belittling of his profession, the slander from stereotypes associated & the overall demand when you're a perfectionist to work 70+ hours a week…it's all taken a toll. Not that his Clients would ever know as he puts on his game face & knocks it out of the park for them every single day. Regardless of the personal sacrifice he's made to be a top Agent, he's continuing to thrive under this pressure. He's been a consistent #1 Agent for RateMyAgent for years now & was recently recognised as realestate.com.au's #1 Agent for the Bundaberg Region – in fact, he was the only Agent recognised from our part of the world in the Top 100 Agent's list. His list of accolades is long but you won't hear about that from him. He's too humble. So, we’re bias. But we’re also the luckiest parents in the world to not only have Brent as our son but that he’s in Real Estate & could guide us during one of the biggest financial decisions we’ve ever made. He didn’t leave a stone unturned in getting us a wonderful outcome, juggling Buyer needs so they too felt valued and maintained his impeccable standards that you too could be lucky enough to have in your employ. We first met Brent at an open inspection we attended. We were in the process of getting evaluations on our home. We were so impressed with Brent we asked him to evaluate our home. We have dealt with Brent over 11 years, he is the embodiment of all that is desirable in the real estate profession, he knows the market, he knows what is realistic. He found us our current home 11 years ago and it is now our castle, he was our easy choice when we choose to sell one of our investment units. The decision which proved correct, he new the price point to market it at and was correct. It sold in just over a week, it was an easy process.
