My wife and I never actually meet Shane face to face all correspondence was done via phone or email, for a city lad he had great knowledge of our bush block we were trying to sell. [ yes we had it listed with another agent ] We found Shane to be very proactive and energetic to the point were I would need a sleep at the end of his days work. Our time with Brent from start to finish was seamless. He was very professional and extremely supportive to our needs. We were buying interstate unseen during some unprecedented times (COVID) and Brent was exceptional in giving us the best opportunity to view the property via a couple of video call walkthroughs. This was followed up with many phone calls, questions and emails. Not once did he make it difficult or make us feel like we were taking up his time. He even went the extra mile to help us with the delivery our homes contents and cars to the property when we could not. His personal interactions are amazing, very down to earth, not your typical pushy salesman! It was an extremely stressful time for our growing little family of five, however Brent was there for us every step of the way. He was only our purchasing agent, I can’t imagine how grateful the sellers were to have him on board as their agent.
