Always good. Have been with Realway Bundaberg for nearly twenty years so that says it all.
Brent has a good idea of the market around Bundy. Actually go more than the asking price this time around. There is no pressure about advertising or any other extras. Can always understand what he is talking about as he explains in normal every day Australian. Always answered his phone or got back to me ASAP even out of office hours.

Selling with Ease
When we first had thoughts about selling our holiday unit at Bargara, we spoke to Brent asking for an indication on the market and the price we could achieve. We never felt pressured about our decision to sell, and Brent was always very honest about what he felt was a fair asking price, and the most cost effective method to advertise the property. When we made the decision, Brent acted swiftly in having a photographer available and listed within days. He communicated with us regularly, and had an offer and a contract to us within 7 days. We would never hesitate to recommend Brent and his team. They are all very down to earth, honest and reliable.

Experienced and enthusiastic Real Esatate Agent, with a great insight into the current market.
It was a diffcult market but Brent has extremely helpful, guiding us through the process. I would highly recommend Brent, nothing was too big of an issue, some one you can trust. Genuinely helpful
Brent is a genuine guy who is always happy to help. He was never pushy but got negotiations done when needed. He is not a typical agent that only cares about the commission, I believe he cares about his clients and the buyer too which is a refreshing change. I would recommend him to anyone.

If you want to sell your home with a reliable, friendly, efficient and honest agent then Shane Chung is the man for the job. He was always able to find quick and effective solutions to any problems that arose. Nothing was too much trouble for Shane. He is very approachable, always answered my calls and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Brent works for his clients’ best interests
Brent of Realway, Bundaberg was our natural choice for the 3 times we have required the services of a real estate consultant. We have known Brent for many years. He remains true to the honest, courteous, positive, and congenial person we always expect to encounter. A person who is very knowledgeable in his chosen field of real estate. We have always been happy with the outcomes of our real estate transactions. On this occasion I engaged Brent to sell our family home in Bundaberg after we downsized and moved to the coast. We followed his advise on how to present the house and listened to his honest and direct assessment of it. Listening to Brent’s opinion of the property and who it was likely to appeal to, Our house was marketed directly to these prospective buyers. No time was wasted , it sold well within the time frame we allotted and above the price We had hoped for. Over all three times We have engaged Brent on both sales and purchase our monetary gain has been between 15 to 25 percent more than we had anticipated.
