Selling my property was a challenge during Covid-19 due to changes in mortgage approvals for buyers and open house inspections. The process was made even more complicated by me not being able to return to Australia to sell my property. Unfortunately the first buyers financing fell through at the 11th hour turning my world upside down. Leanne had a solution ready to go immediately. Leanne secured a second buyer within days and provided me enormous support to continue through a second contract. My property was rented at the time of sale. Leanne worked with my tenants to find a new rental property to call home. Leanne also ensured my property was 100% ready for hand over, including maintaining the yard and keeping the pathways free of debris once my tenants moved out. This was a huge relief for me as I was not able to attend to this. Leanne was 100% available 100% of the time. Leanne used WhatsApp and Messenger to connect with me overseas during high stress periods and when I was unsure of the next steps. Leanne connected with people in her network to gain expert knowledge, opinions and directions when I needed clarification or advice.
