Karen and her team had their finger on the pulse right from the start. Being one of the locals meant that Karen had the edge when assigned the task of selling our mothers house in Churchill. We had an opportunity on the house we purchased and being oveseas at the time would be too easy to let it pass bye. This was not so and responsiveness, reliability and honestly are words that must be used with our purchase.

Valerie is an accomplished real estate professional, she is knowledgeable about the current market and was able to present the location of the property with both the positive and negative aspects at the area. Valerie worked to ensure all timelines were met for inspection and final settlement went smoothly with her arrival at the home in the evening with the keys and a congratulations surprise.
