Down to earth, experienced professional.
After a few agents had provided us with inflated expectations on a sale price, Andrew provided us with his honest opinion, which was an estimated sale price well below what the other agents had touted. Andrew was recommended to us, and his initial honesty provided us with belief in his integrity. Despite encouraging volumes of groups through our open homes, there was no ink being put on paper. It was Andrew's proactivity (borne from his experience) that progressed an impasse to a resultant sale that pleased both parties. Thanks Andrew, we are very pleased we engaged you to be our agent.
