Don’t recommend them at all, so unprofessional. Has anyone ever had to meet at a KFC to get keys? It’s funny because they knew for 30 days when our settlement was and yet they weren’t ready. They had promised us things would be fixed before settlement however it was lies. The sales agent Harman agreed with us onsite but when it came to getting it in writing he blamed us.The principal Parman clearly doesn’t care how his staff represent his company cause he’s just as bad. So many email replies I got from Parman were very aggressive and again blamed us. You are the professionals apparently so act like it. I’m really disappointed as the communication was great at the start but I guess that’s where they get you. They communicate until you sign and then they show their true colours. Parnam needs to re train his staff and himself absolutely appalling! Be Warned!
