We recently met Parnam when looking to downsize from our large, family home to a smaller residence. Over a period of 8 months, we interviewed 7 other real estate agents from many, prominent Rochedale agencies, but no one came close to the professionalism Parnam presented right from the very first meeting! Where other agents took a maximum of 10 mins to inspect our home, Parnum took almost an hour, taking measurements & details of each room, sketching up plans etc, and taking a very real interest in all our older home had to offer. After the experiences with other agents who just seemed interested in a quick sale for their commission or sales figures, Parnam's helpfulness & diligence restored our hope for a positive sale experience. All Parnam's advice regarding our target market & price expectation were also absolutely en pointe!
