Michael began his Real Estate career with a local Stock and Station agency in 1998 and then worked at a major franchise agency in Dubbo from 2000 to 2015. Michael has obtained an abundance of experience having been in the Real Estate industry for over twenty (20) years and has proudly achieved many awards during this career, some of which include, being listed for 10 consecutive years as having one of the highest sales achievements within that franchise group and he was also named in the top 5 sales people for Regional NSW. Born and raised on a rural property in the Coonabarabran District, Michael understand the needs of country people. Michael attended his senior schooling at St Gregory’s, Campbelltown. He also completed two trade Certificates and operated his own business. Michael has three lovely children and three beautiful grandchildren. A proven sales record and maintaining a level head and a sense of humour under pressure is just some of Michael's personal attributes. He is also self-driven and has a positive outlook on all matters. Forward planning and competence come naturally along with a demonstrated ability to easily transcend cultural differences. Scott has been in the real estate industry for the past 4 years and is hungry to succeed. Born in a small country town, and being raised in Dubbo, Scott is passionate about both this area and real estate generally. His particular passion is rural properties after having experienced some time in the Northern Territory on a cattle station. Scott’s winning smile and infectious enthusiasm for all facets of real estate will provide assurances to his clients that he will be making sure their property needs are met. With his positive and polite nature together with a drive to be successful will see Scott working that little bit harder for his clients. Tracey began her real estate career in early 2013 and whilst relatively new to the Real Estate industry, she has extensive experience in property matters having practiced conveyancing in a local law firm for twenty (20) years and also recently the Centre Manager of Orana Mall Dubbo. Tracey was born and raised in the Coonabarabran district and loves living in the country. She has three (3) lovely children and three (3) beautiful grandchildren. With a keen eye for detail and a focus on customer service and client satisfaction, Tracey brings a whole new dynamic to the Team at Redden Family Real Estate and is an invaluable, respected and loyal member of our team. Tracey completed her Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice at Macquarie University and practiced as an unrestricted Licensed Conveyancer until 2013 and during this time she developed a thorough understanding of all aspects of property matters whether it be large scale property developments or one off sales and purchases and she also has extensive experience in Real Property Act, Strata Titles Act and Community Title Act subdivisions and retail leases. Tracey also enjoyed her time as Centre Manager of Orana Mall Dubbo, which is the largest shopping centre in the Central West, from 2016 to 2018, where she gained valuable marketing experience. Tracey thoroughly enjoyed her role at the Centre and was eager to utilise the experience gained through that role into the family business. As Managing Director, Tracey ensures that all systems and procedures are optimised and for a business that shapes itself around customer service, this appointment is imperative. From overseeing the business accounting functions, to making certain data systems are enabled and fully utilised, through to Tracey herself assisting in sales and administration functions, which is further evidence as to why our service continues to exceed client’s expectations. She takes pride in her work and has exceptional time management skills.
