I inherited the house after my mate died. It was quite run down had i planed to renovate then sell. But i was still grieving and had not found direction in short i was overwhelmed. I had spoken to Gina a couple of times about getting it ready for sale. Gina gave me sound advice suggesting that i should give myself some time to adjust and that it will be easier as time gos buy. Out of the blue Gina rang said she had a perspective buyer looking to buy on karragarra. and could she show the house. I said yes but explained the house was a mess and. All she said was thats ok do what you can and leave it with me. Gina not deterred at all explained the situation to buyer when he came to inspect the house. The buyer made an offer next day. The Sale went through better than if it was a text book sale. Gina guided me through the whole way. Above and beyond exceptional, some up Gina from the sale perspective but she was far more than that and for that I will for ever be great full. Thank you Gina. Gina conducted every aspect of the sale with professional diligence of a master Realtor but its how she conducts her business that makes the difference. Is there a sales person better than Gina?
