I inherited the house after my mate died. It was quite run down had i planed to renovate then sell. But i was still grieving and had not found direction in short i was overwhelmed. The Sale went through better than if it was a text book sale. Gina guided me through the whole way. Above and beyond exceptional, some up Gina from the sale perspective but she was far more than that and for that I will for ever be great full. Thank you Gina.
