Kat is an integral member of the Lamb Island community. She lives on the island and understands the market thoroughly. Having purchased our land through her, and maintaining a relationship with her (she has always gone above and beyond to help us, even sending photos of our property after the cyclones when we couldn't get over there), we knew there was nobody else we would list with when it came to sell.
