We found Wayne Hartley to be knowledgable, honest in his dealings with us, had a no fuss approach and above all is results oriented. Unfortunately we had an unpleasant experience when we initially listed our home with another Agency who we found to be polar opposites to Redlands Realty. Wayne was recommended to us by an acquaintance and we regret not having this recommendation prior to listing our home for sale. We feel that the price appraisal which Wayne gave us was honest (which is all we wanted as our house had never been sold and was a one-off design so there was no sales history and we had no idea of its value). Within a few days of advertising our home (as it should have been advertised in the first place with the initial agent) there was an interested buyer and after a little (non pressured negotiation) an agreement was reached. Wayne made everything simple, we felt involved in the process and felt that we were free to make up our own minds and not subject to sales pressure. We have already recommended Wayne Hartley to a number of our friends which speaks volumes for the whole process and how we were treated.
