Acting as a Vendor Advocate for my client who was selling involves interviewing 3 local Agents. Robbie was by far the best communicator, offered the most diligence with his follow up, was spot on with his appraisal and above all - he WORKED for the Vendor. Some others may be cheaper, but you get what you pay for. He's also not the most expensive, as some in the area rely on their past achievements and have become a bit lazy.
