Pleasant experience dealing with Samantha
Very happy dealing with Sam for our property in Piara Waters. What I liked most was that Sam agrees with our initial asking price unlike other agents who tend to suggest you to sell at slightly lower than market to move it faster. Sam assisted us through out the entire process. We were able to sell our house after the first home happen. Very pleased, thanks Sam!

Sam has a great knowledge of the market. She achieved a great result for all concerned.
Sam was very professional. She looked at all avenues to sell the house. Whilst the sale was going a little slow. She looked over east and found a buyer in Victoria which suited our needs of a long settlement. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to any prospective seller.
