Helen was very professional and maintained contact throughout, nothing was too much trouble.
Helen was very approachable and always kept me informed throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond when settlement was delayed on the day I had removalists loading my things to transport to my new home.....an extremely stressful time. She and the Harcourts staff liaised with all parties to enable me to move into my new home as scheduled, it was a HUGE relief, for which I was very grateful.

Great from afar!
Well, as I had pointed out from the start, you had the wrong email address. The fellow that shares the same name as I seemed to get all the messages though because I got to watch the property transaction take place! The agent was very kind and considerate! More Personal Communication Required
I believe that the property did not have enough exposure over the Xmas period resulting in no competition for the offer presented. I felt we were pressured into accepting the offer instead of being presented options, given that Samantha is an experienced agent. During the settlement period there was very little personal communication
