Results above expectation
I was referred to Kirralea and her team by a friend that had recently sold in our street also. I had spoken to several agents working in the Branyan area but it was only Kirralea we felt would be the best representation for us. As I am based in Brisbane, trust and communication is a big thing when never meeting your agent face to face and not once was I ever let down. Kirralea had our house under contract withing 2 weeks but unfortunately the contract fell through however, Kirralea called me within 30 mins of receiving this notification and presented 3 new sale options for us to consider and during our phone meeting we had made a decision on how to move forward and with her guidance and efforts we received multiple offers and we sold for above what we were expecting. If I had more properties in the area to sell I would not hesitate to engage Kirralea to sell them on my behalf, in all the properties I have sold this was one of the best experiences I have had.

Kirralea has been extremely helpful during the purchase of our new property
We recently purchased a new property in Bargara, and Kirralea smoothed out all the road humps that inevitably occur during this process. She went out of her way to ensure that the required certificates were obtained when the vendor had difficulty doing this, and kept us up to date with regular communication. She also ensured that we were able to inspect the property remotely prior to settlement, when the QLD borders remained closed. We highly recommend Kirralea to any prospective seller or buyer.

A quick sale with results above expectations

Great work and very professional
We contacted Kirralea to sell our Bargara house after a friend had recommended her and our experience couldn’t have been better. We got more than we expected on the sale of the house and settlement was smooth with Kirralea taking the stress out of the process by organising everything that needed to be done with exit reports from the previous tenants and finalising contracts.
