THE Reguson Family is a proud creator of boutique-style small businesses. Importantly, we strive to make sure we are remembered for offering our clients and friends a pleasurable and enjoyable experience – a trademark of plying our trade for such a long time in a small country town. Born and bred in the Burdekin, we shifted to Townsville in 2019 and established Axell Rose Boutique & Coffee in the Gregory Street precinct. Many laughed. Many doubted. But we didn’t. We just did what we do. Our kind and friendly demeanour shone more than bright enough to succeed and for that we are most proud. And we are not overnight Real Estate ticketholders either. Our new brand – the Reguson Property Group – brings to Townsville a combined 55 years of professional and ethical country-style Real Estate experience. David & Dianne Reguson established Sugar Realty in Ayr in the late 1990’s. David has held his Real Estate Principals Licence for approximately 25 years. He is an award-winning Sports Journalist and is currently a local racetrack bookmaker. Before brewing coffees at Axell Rose, David’s craft was selling “residential” property. He sold millions of dollars’ worth of residential Burdekin Real Estate. And in 2017, he set a record price for a Burdekin cane farm – the only cane farm he ever listed. Dianne, a Justice of the Peace (Qualified), has 30+ years of Property Management experience. She is highly trained and a complete expert in this field. When Dianne and David opened Sugar Realty, they had purchased a rent roll comprising just 100 properties. When we sold in 2017 to one of our competitors, Dianne had accumulated 408 rental properties. On a daily basis, more and more Landlords and countless Southern Investors, began chasing the services of Dianne – most of these through Word-Of-Mouth. So, if you are not happy with how your investment property is being looked after – let us know. Owner-Director Rane Reguson has become a third-generation Real Estate salesperson, following in the footsteps of his grandfather Russ Reguson and father David. Rane will now mix Real Estate with his other passion – Travel. Rane is just 28 but his short business career has been quite stellar. It is steeped with incredible success in the Australian Travel Industry and he is the recipient of several gongs (at the highest level) in the National Travel Industry Awards. With Rane’s enthusiastic involvement, this new business venture will be a one-stop Real Estate and Travel experience. You will have the opportunity to Sell, Buy or Fly. Our family is so fond of the Gregory Street precinct – we have opened our newest business a few doors down from our Axell Rose store. We are sticklers for detail, accuracy, and efficiency. The Reguson Team - Di, David and Rane.

We were 100% impressed with the service we received from the Reguson family, Di, David and son Rane when they acted as our agents in selling a property for us. We were informed of what similar properties in the area were making, the likelihood of what price range to expect for our property and every aspect of what was happening with the sale. Dianne arranged for the property to be "dressed" with furniture and the result was stunning. That was great advice. The cost of the "dressing" proved to be money well spent as the resulting offer from the buyers proved. The Reguson families' combined efforts to achieve the best price possible was second to none and we were completely satisfied with their professional, friendly and honest approach to everything to achieve a great result.
