Their local knowledge led them to value the property at a good percentage above other vendors we spoke to in the area. They proceeded to gain several offers in the first few days of being on the market and, negotiate the offer prices up to meet our asking price over the first week we were on the market.
During the whole process, Rane and members of the team were in contact with us, in some cases several times a day. This was to update and advise as the property progressed to settlement, and because we were first time sellers wanting to know what was going on. Rane had several channels open for us to communicate with him and always responded very quickly.
Rane has a very flamboyant style. It is unusual to find a person that can hold that kind of extroverted energy and maintain a very professional approach. Rane and the team have it down perfectly. With it, comes a grace under pressure that is very rare today.
If we are unable to use Rane in the future for any reason, the Reguson Group have set a very high bar for the service we would expect from a premium provider.
