Hitesh, is a wonderful agent who has gone above and beyond for our little family. When we first contacted him, it was to enquire about a home he was selling. From our first meeting and right throughout our journey in selling our home, he has been with us every step of the way. Working hard behind the scenes to ensure the best possible outcome. And within weeks, our home was sold for more than what we anticipated. Hitesh was always mindful of our little family, and made it convenient for us. He would also keep us informed on the progress of everything. Hitesh is also very professional and knowledgeable, which gave us great confidence, in that we didn't have to worry about anything. Hitesh was extremely professional from our first contact, which was 12 months prior to our decision to sell. We were very impressed with Hitesh's caring and professional approach to selling our property from the moment we hired him as our agent. In liaising with the buyers, he demonstrated excellent communication and negotiation skills to ensure that all parties were kept informed. Hitesh kept us up to date on the progress, which was critical for us. Hitesh demonstrated himself to be extremely honest, hardworking, and ethical. Very professional, reliable, great contact throughout, quick sale.
Hitesh was very helpful and showed great diligence it keeping us informed with the market and buyers needs. He kept us updated regularly making sure it meet with our needs in regard to how much contact we needed or wanted. He worked all hours to meet with buyers timetables to make the sale. We sold at a time when the market was declining and he worked extremely hard to get us a price that we could afford to sell our much loved home. He was always on time for showings, contacted us immediately after to let us know the results and that we could return. His presentation was always immaculate and was always respectful to what was happening in our home. Thank you for your hard work, we wish you well in your career Hitesh.

Jimmy far exceeds the normal realestate/corporate service. He is genuine and is personally interested in your aspirations and not there “just for the sale”.
