Hitesh had a excellent knowledge of the current market, gave us advise on how to prepare the house for sale and what we should expect in the 4 week campaign. Hitesh set up a WhatsApp so he could keep us informed along the way and that was amazing. Hitesh always had private inspections happening & open houses happening and we got instant updates through the app. Hitesh met with us weekly to provide feedback from the people that came through and was always positive and professional. All of his hard work paid off because at auction we had 5 interstate bidders on the phone and 5 at the house and sold for $60k above reserve !
