I was immediately impressed after our first face to face, particularly with Hitesh's knowledge and commitment to wanting to deliver the best result for us. And we were not disappointed. He delivered every action he outlined as part of Reliance's service and then some. He kept us up to date on every decision every action every inspection along the journey. What really impressed me was his demeanor. He is very articulate, speaks calmly to the sellers and buyers, which has a very non threatening or intimidating manner. He also helped us in areas outside the direct selling responsibilities, which we were very appreciative of. Our final outcome in this experience was the selling of our property for a result that surpassed our expectation and I know this was absolutely due to Hitesh's work and efforts to obtain that result. I would not hesitate to recommend him ( and I have ) to anybody who wants to extract the best result they can by using Hitesh as their agent.

It was over a year ago that Hitesh took a chance and knocked on our door as he was conducting business in the area and wanted to offer assistance should we be interested in selling. We most definitely were, but after several months of number crunching and knock backs from our bank we sadly couldn’t progress at the time we wanted to. Hitesh was so understanding and patient with us, his entire team worked tirelessly to try to help us in every way possible. Fast forward a year later and we improved our banking conduct and were finally given the green light from the bank. Hitesh and his entire team at Reliance Real Estate raced to find us our dream home and knew exactly what we were looking for. The process was super easy. He held our hand throughout the entire process and reassured me every time I got nervous about such a big change for our little family.
