She found me a tenant in just 2 days since we put the property on the market. She sent me with all the details of the tenant with reference check outcomes so I could confidently approve the application straight away. She was super quick and efficient in arranging everything for my lease. From paperwork signing, to put the ad up, etc. her communication was very clear and effective. I couldn’t rate and recommend Ashlee high enough. She is definitely one of the best property managers!!
