Very professional
Mansi is very professional at her job. Thorough knowledge of what she is doing and the area she is working. Very punctual and her communicational skills are great, My settlement had many hurdles, but she dealt with lot of patience and at times went over board to resolve the issues smoothly. Overall Mansi is amazing to deal with and a good friend.

Goes above and beyond
From start to the end of the property purchase process, Rutuja was eager to help and always tried her best to help out with any issues that came up even when it might not have directly been in scope of her role. For example, my conveyancer and I had a difficult time having any communications with the vendor’s side and settlement was fast approaching and the property was in a worse condition at the pre-settlement inspection than at my original inspection. This had caused a delay in settlement and Rutuja worked tirelessly to ensure I had quotes for everything that needed to be fixed at the property. Even post-settlement, now that works are due to be started, Rutuja has helped out offering to run errands at the property to ensure electricity is connected to the property or even going as far as to chasing up on additional window quotes. She has truly gone above and beyond - even while she was on holiday and even when she was sick. She worked around my unusual work schedule and was always available to contact (and often arranged times to have a verbal chat) outside the usual business hours. The purchase of this property was a difficult one for many reasons but she was one of the people who made the whole process more smooth.

Magnificent
Rutuka could not have been more helpful to us. We missed out on the first unit we looked at Rutuja told us she will keep in touch and find us something else true to her word she was in contact with a another unit for us to look at. This was better than the first Rutuja was such a joy to deal with. And her attitude to us was always respectfully and kind.
