House was advertised as having evaporative cooling, after moving in a realised it did not have. I spoke to Mansi about it and she advertised me that the previous owner told her it had it so that's what she believed. I then went back onto the advertisement and it had been removed from it (I have the proof to prove so) When consumer affairs approached her about the issues she told all the lies she could! But hey she returns your phone calls if you call her enough and remind her you exist. Hope you are happy with the rating you kept asking for Mansi
