Our experience with Karan was without any hinderance. Karan had informed us that he had an investor that was very keen to purchase our investment property at Kurrunjang Victoria. I wasn't sure weather to list with Karan but he was honest and showed me the potential buyers details who was interstate. We listed with Karan and he promised that he would have an offer and it would be sold with the shortest possible settlement. We were presented with a offer which was well in excess of the market price by $50k-70K depending on the appraisal. We accepted the price and the settlement was completed in 30 days.
