Professional agent with timely response
Luke was proactive since the start giving us all the information that we need to know for selling our land. He was quite honest in setting expectations and doing his due diligence while trying to find us the best sale price. Although the real estate market was hit by the lockdown, Luke efficiently kept us updated with the current market trend giving us hope. Fantastic experience
Selling a house can be a daunting experience and once I met Inder and Moonah from Reliance I immediately felt comfortable with their plan to market both my houses and I felt at ease with them on a personal level, we had an open and honest conversation without the "hard sales" approach which I dislike. During the course of selling my home they were respectful with open communication at all times and we have built up a genuine friendship, I always felt they were on my side and wanted to get the best possible price for my home. I still have another home to sell and will keep it with them until that sells also. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I would say Inder is a gem of a person. He is honest and Sincere I his approach with clients.
I Met Inder when I casually walked into the office enquiring about current status of real estate market. It been a while now that I know him and we become good friends.
