There is no reason for me to give Inder a less than five plus rating if I mean asked to. The reason is simple and straightforward. That was a journey that he helped me to get the house I fell in love in the first sight. Especially he helped me in a situation that I was not able to get involved to talk to vendor and all I can do was to trust his negotiation skill. in past one year house hunting in PC， I have dealt with a few agents. most of they gave me stories without standing on my shoes to try, but Inder was another way around. He gets the work done and I believe he made both the vendor and purchaser very happy. Just wanted to say a big Thank You to Inder and Reliance Group. looking forward seeing you in PC soon and build up a good relationship moving forward.

This is my 3rd transaction with Inder in the last 4 months. He is consistently professional, available and a great people person. We are the first home buyers and it took us 2 years to find the right place. After meeting Inder and inspecting a few properties that he had available (including a pre-listing inspection) we were very confident that Inder is the best agent we could hope for. He knew everything about properties that he was showing and could answer any questions we had or get any confirmation that we were after. When we found the place that we fell in love with (was the first property where we met Inder) Inder has assisted us and provided support for the whole month before we closed the deal. He was available every time we contacted him and did an amazing job with connecting all stakeholders to make the deal happen. We are really greatful for all his time and help that we received from him. Without Inder we wouldn't be able to settle this deal. Looking forward to inviting him to out housewarming. It is my immense pleasure to recommend Inder Vasu as a real estate agent and wanted to thank him for his professionalism and understanding in the sale of my home. There is nothing that escapes Inder Vasu attention when it comes to property for sale in this area. I found Inder and his team to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if i was his only seller, although I know that was not the case. He returned all phone calls and emails the same day. I never felt neglected or unimportant. He is also highly personable with an engaging personality and more importantly never created PRESSURED which is the most important factor.
