I contacted JD on a Sunday as I was very interested in this property and didn't want to lose the opportunity to grab it. I could tell that he was having time with his family but JD went above and beyond his commitment to work to help me out. Not only he spoke to the property owner to negotiate the price I offered but he also went to see him at his place and within a day, the property was finalized. He also kept it touch with me about the other inquiries I made about the property. As I am a new home owner, I did not know everything that a person should be aware of but JD was patient and provided thorough explanations to the doubts I had. Keep up the good work JD! JD worked extremely hard while selling our property and JD specially advised us to cooperate with him for any late evening inspection, he might call us early or late evening if required, late evening meetings on which we agreed with him. We used JD PATEL Reliance Real estate to sell our home in 3 Guthrie way Truganina last month and he was outstanding. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. The JD Patel Real Estate Teamstood out as the best Reliance Real estate has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with JD Patel and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was located pretty far from downtown and in a neighborhood with hundreds of similar homes would be tough to sell. JD Patel made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The second buyer that saw the property put in an offer. Our house went under contract 3 weeks after we put it on the market at 1% under asking price. We accepted and JD Patel ( who was also incredibly friendly and helpful) walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.
