Amazing and excellent experience
I contacted JD on a Sunday as I was very interested in this property and didn't want to lose the opportunity to grab it. I could tell that he was having time with his family but JD went above and beyond his commitment to work to help me out. Not only he spoke to the property owner to negotiate the price I offered but he also went to see him at his place and within a day, the property was finalized. He also kept it touch with me about the other inquiries I made about the property. As I am a new home owner, I did not know everything that a person should be aware of but JD was patient and provided thorough explanations to the doubts I had. Keep up the good work JD! Professional, Honest and Trustworthy.!

Top Negotiator and Hardworking agent..!
JD worked extremely hard while selling our property and JD specially advised us to cooperate with him for any late evening inspection, he might call us early or late evening if required, late evening meetings on which we agreed with him. Sale Experience with Muklesh and his team
Goood outcome. Tried their best to do a good deal. There was some minor issues through negotiation in terms of unconditional sale and settlement. Beside this everything was as expected.
