Navjot has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Even after we missed out on a property we had offered on (as someone else placed a deposit before us), she stayed proactive—recommending similar homes in our budget and making time for private inspections. She's always punctual, reliable, and quick to respond to any questions we had. Her genuine and professional approach made the whole buying journey so much smoother for us. We truly appreciated her support and would happily recommend her to anyone looking to buy. Thank you, Navjot!

I recently had the pleasure of working with James Thakkar to purchase an investment property, and I cannot recommend him highly enough! From our first meeting to the final closing, James demonstrated an impressive level of professionalism, knowledge, and dedication that made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. What stood out to me the most was James' extensive knowledge of the real estate market. He provided valuable insights into various neighborhoods, property values, and potential rental income. His expertise helped me make informed decisions, and I felt confident every step of the way. In addition to their knowledge, James was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer my questions and provided updates. His responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile truly set them apart. Overall, my experience with James was excellent.

I enlisted the services Milan based on misleading Google reviews. After multiple uninspiring property inspections, Bilal misrepresented an inspection on a WhatsApp group, claiming it was a video call while he was alone. When I sought to cancel the sale contract, Milan insisted on the exclusive rights clause. Security concerns arose as I discovered unlocked windows, and a bathtub was stolen despite giving exclusive access. Despite professional cleaning and staging, the house suffered damage during the failed sale campaign. The real estate agents and staging company distanced themselves from responsibility. I strongly advise against working with this group based on my frustrating experience.
