Initially they were amazing with service, communication and professionalism. However, the minute you sign the contract it changes everything. If you see issues in the house theu will ask you to add everything on a contract as a conditions because they don't do any repairs professionally. All the repairs they did in my property is below average as per standards. Professional cleaning was promised it wasn't done. Someone probably just did vaccum. Some repais are not even done even after settlement and they are holiding money in their trust their account and suddenly stop responding to emails and messages. I would suggest you guys to go for atleast 60 days settlement and do final inspection in 30 days because they are always behind and try to do repairs by yourself. Your hard earned money goes waste when you deal with them because you will end up doing things alot of things by yourself.
