Mikayla knocked on the door one day asking if I was interested in selling. After a while we met to discuss the finer details of selling and the presentation we received sealed our choice despite having a meeting with another real estate agent the following day. Cancelled that appointment and the house was sold within a few weeks. Not only was all her hard work done in the weeks leading up to our house being sold but Mikayla had already made some contacts with buyers looking to buy in the area before we engaged Mikayla's services. It was one of those contacts who eventually bought our house. If you are selling in Hoppers Crossing, look at all the inspection notices with Mikayla's photo on them. I'm obviously not the only one who has been more than impressed. It is meant to be a stressful situation, that selling a house. With Mikayla's previous hard work done prior and during it was almost one of the easiest things I have done. If you are looking to sell your house then I have no hesitation recommending Mikayla.
