This guy is unbelievable. It comes in totally upfront and honest with the pricing and said that there was no need to spend on marking, and he feels he has buyer. So I gave him and an Authority for a short period of time of which he had conducted multiple inspections. Within seven days he saw that property $40,000 more than what other agents quoted. And did the settlement 30 days quicker. He is truly a honest, hard-working person. I would use him again and again and again to sell my property or even buy.
