We were approached by Pratik after our beautiful home failed to sell, he assured us he had an excellent plan to manage our sale, to place the profile in a more prominent level and his confidence in his own performance was infectious.

I have recently had the pleasure of Pratik Shah selling my home. His professionalism, his manners, respect, knowledge and most of all work ethic is definitely totally different from anyone else. I have never ever dealt with someone of this level. I can not rate Pratik and his team any higher. This is not only for the sale but for how relaxed, calm, true and trust worthy I have found him.

I chose Pratik to sell my house after speaking with several different agents. He has great knowledge of the area and really knows his target market when selling a property. Pratik always kept in touch and was quick to respond to any concerns. Pratik made sure that every opportunity to showcase the house was utilised. I chose to auction my house and he really made feel comfortable and confident the house would sell on the day,It did and at a price I was very happy with. If your looking to sell your house or buy a property I would highly recommend giving Pratik a call.
