As a buyer I found Vik to be very accomodating but factual and says how it is, no sugar coating. He sold me the house with his honesty and went over and beyond to show the house as well as the area all virtually. When he asked for something, he explained the reason so I didnt really felt like "pushed"or pressed, but got the job done. Vik has a very calm way of communicating and very reassuring as a buyer in such an unpredictable environment. Our deal didnt finalise for few months and Vik has found a middle ground for both buyer and seller and in the end, all parties were happy. Best wishes.

From the moment I met Vik, I had a good feeling about entrusting him with the sale of my property. He listened to my needs and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. He wasn’t just a salesman looking for a commission. He had people ready to come through my property even before it was officially on the market and communicated regularly with me about inspections, prospective buyer feedback and even after sale follow up and support. In the first week of my house being on the market, more than 5 buyers walked through my place and that’s all it took.
