Pratik was outstanding all through the sale process. From the initial contact till the day of signing the contract he has been very transparent in his dealings. It took him around 4 weeks to sell the property as we had Auction lined up and out of the 4 weeks we were in lockdown for more than 2 weeks but he still managed to sell the property before the Auction and was able to get the price I wasn’t expecting. We used Pratik Shah to sell our home at 13 Shearwater Court Hoppers Crossing and he was outstanding. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. The RELIANCE real estate Werribee stood out as the best, I could tell Pratik put a lot of work into the listing. We spoke with Pratik and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Pratik made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. As a buyer I found Vik to be very accomodating but factual and says how it is, no sugar coating. He sold me the house with his honesty and went over and beyond to show the house as well as the area all virtually. When he asked for something, he explained the reason so I didnt really felt like "pushed"or pressed, but got the job done. Vik has a very calm way of communicating and very reassuring as a buyer in such an unpredictable environment. Our deal didnt finalise for few months and Vik has found a middle ground for both buyer and seller and in the end, all parties were happy. Best wishes.
