While we are grateful with the quick sale the communication leading up to settlement was disappointing but I am not sure this may be usual once sales are signed

We purchased a home from Preeti Randhawa about 2 years ago. The service and advice then that we received was nothing short of outstanding. We engage Preeti once again to sell our house because of the previous great service mentioned Advice was given about homes presentation and marketing My wife and I are happy with the sales result It was quick and only required one open day were 12 groups came through the property We highly recommend preeti and the team from Reliance Real estate. Thank you Preeti

Vik is a smart and mature professional. I was impressed with his presentation on our first meeting where he came prepared with all the recent sales data in nearby area and his pricing strategy to sell the house quickly. He answered all of my doubts. My property was sold within first week and settlement was done in 37 days. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. He kept me informed every step of the way and handled all the details with confidence and care. Great result, Thanks to Vik and his team, I will highly recommend him.
