Fantastic agent!
Very satisfied with our real estate agent from realiance Watergardens. AJ went above and beyond for our family by showing his dedication throughout our house information, home inspections and all the way to the end of selling our house. I believe he is reliable, honest, kind and always giving his 100% with his efforts. All round great real estate agent and I would highly recommend. It’s always the best when you work with someone who loves his job and provides you with the best services possible.

Kept me informed every step of the way.
AJ was polite, courteous, knowledgeable and professional in all his dealings with me. He always called me back and answered any questions I had. He was a pleasure to deal with. My only criticism would be that the bunch of keys I was handed had a tag outlining where they operated. Owners should had handed over 2 remotes for garage not one and the one handed over should have been in reasonable condition, not broken and held together by tape. Bins were filled to capacity and not emptied as requested at final inspection ( week before settlement) .
