After speaking with several agents Jan was only agent that had a positive view to selling our unit. Jan didn’t try to sell us a ridiculous priced add campaign like other agents as well. Always positive and professional and kept us informed. Jan got us a great price for our unit. Would 110% recommend Jan to sell your house/unit.

I had an amazing experience working with Liza on two occasions. Initially I purchased a house earlier this year and found Liza's conduct very professional and diligent in dealing with both the buyers and sellers. The second time I had to sell the property and listed Liza as my agent without a second thought. I knew that having Liza represent the sale of my property would mean that the sale would be a fast and pleasant process. From the outset, her friendly and courteous demeanor put me at ease. Liza's professionalism and attention to detail was evident throughout the entire process. She engaged with me on a personal level, understanding my preferences and guiding me through the complexities of real estate transactions. Liza responded to all questions with professionalism and understanding. Overall, I highly appreciate her expertise and professionalism and would recommend her for anyone seeking a positive and seamless home-buying/selling experience.

Travis, Liza & Naomi were absolutely amazing. The Gill Team's kindness and support made the sale process so much easier. The extraordinary efforts the team did go beyond what I expected, from organising an electrician to replace smoke alarms and check light fixtures to cleaning the outdoor and garden areas. Words can’t express my gratitude for what they had done. Thank you
