From our first meeting with Jan she was always very constructive and forthright with her comments and assessment of the property. She displayed professional conduct in our dealings and was very organized with open house displays and subsequent discussions of prospective buyers. Jan also provided us with constant updates re sales negotiation. Would highly recommend her as property agent.

We recently purchased our first property and couldn’t speak highly enough of our dealings with Liza and The Gill Team! Liza took time out of her Easter break to bring us in for a private viewing and was extremely generous with her time throughout the process, answering all of our questions and allaying any concerns. We can’t thank Liza enough for making what may have an been a daunting experience a truly enjoyable one. If it’s ever time for us to sell up we’ve already got our agent!

Travis was fabulous in assisting us with the sale of a property which was in another state and made the process easy for us. There was some work that needed doing to ensure the sale went through and Travis made this seamless for us. We will be forever grateful. In addition, the price we got was more than we had anticipated.

I can't recommend Liza enough, she was fabulous. We were selling a property in a different state and she made the process very easy. She assisted in ensuring the lawns were mowed, the pool was cared for and all the other work that was required she helped us with and we got a much better price that was expected. Liza went above and beyond the normal requirements for real estate agents and we will be forever grateful. Thank you.
