Liza managed to help me with my purchase given I was intestate and nearly always at work and away from computers ect. Then part way through the process QLD closed its Borders which presented more issues, but Liza was always available even late into the evenings.

We worked with Liza to sell our investment property in Tingalpa. Liza’s care, attention to detail, awareness of the local market and regulations (we are from interstate and unfamiliar) were second to none. We followed Liza’s recommendations and got a great price and quickly! Liza was in constant communication with us throughout the process. I have no hesitation in recommending Liza. She was just wonderful to deal with. We wish we could use her to get the same results on our Perth property!!

About us - Selling Mum’s home, we wanted a ‘no rubbish’ agent. Someone who’s a good listener and clear speaker (Mum being quite hard of hearing), patient with older people, honest, no pressure, positive and an agent who is invested in Mum’s home. Someone to treat Mum as all Mum’s should be treated. We knew what price Mum needed to move forward and needed an agent to achieve that. What Liza gave us - A direct and clear plan that Mum understood with no hidden agendas. Confidence to sell Mum’s home with fantastic communication. Liza always availed herself for any questions we had which left us feeling at ease. Liza sold Mum’s home in 2 weeks of it being on the market and it’s felt ‘easy’. Liza delivered on everything she promised. Most importantly, she treated Mum like we hoped - utmost respect and allowed Mum to make the decisions. Mum’s moving on feeling reassured that her decision in choosing Liza to sell her most valuable asset of her life is done right the first time. I’m hoping to buy our next home with Liza.

Liza was the best agent we could have asked for, completely honest with everything she said and proved that through the entire process. Communication was clearly a priority of hers and there was never a delay in responding and answering questions that we and the buyers (and other potential buyers) had. Absolutely lovely to deal with and even though we had accepted an offer and officially sold within a month of listing, we felt like we had known her for years. Thanks again Liza!!

We found Liza to be a breath of fresh air as an agent. She wasn't pushy and explained everything about the unit and then allowed us to walk around the unit and talk about what we would like to do. She waited until we were ready to discuss buying the property. We really appreciated her professionalism.

Liza is an extremely professional agent, very organised and thorough and at the same time is really friendly and approachable. She has given us marvelous service throughout our selling process, always keeping us updated and providing useful feedback after viewings. This is the second house Liza has sold for us and she showed the same enthusiasm and commitment to us this time as she did 12 years ago, confirming that we definitely made the right decision to engage her again. Liza always responds very promptly to our calls and nothing has been too much trouble for her, we feel truly valued as her clients. I highly recommend Liza to anyone wanting an efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly agent.

I would highly recommend Jan as a realestate agent as she made herself always available, she conducted herself in such a professional way, kept us fully informed, was reliable, and made it easy for us to see the end result. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Jan.

Working with Jan was a fantastic experience. Jan's knowledge of the area, her dedication to selling our property and the support she gave us was amazing. Jan gave us little hints on presenting the property for sale. We had regular updates on interested buyers and open houses, and she presented all offers to us. I would recommend Jan to all buyers or sellers who want an honest, knowledgeable and supportive representative in a time that can be scary and emotional.
