We met Kathy during the filming for the marketing campaign and she was just so lovely and caring. Once she took over the sales process, we were guided through the open house inspections which were not as difficult as we had imagined. Kathy kept us in the loop at all times, calling almost daily once the house when onto the internet. 6 days after the launch we had a contract and she negotiated the best price possible.
