Excellent communication from the word go 7 days a week. Tammy will literally role up her sleeves and get the hard work done for you. We had a slightly difficult tenant in our property through the sale and each open home Tammy would turn up early cleaning up bringing the property up to her viewing standards. I've bought and sold my fair share of properties over the years and have just dealt with Nicole whom i had never met before. Nicole was the most can do agent i have had the pleasure of dealing with. She was upfront as we took advice from her on what was the critical issues that needed to be done before sale. As i live in Sydney i was in need of a person to oversee what was done and she always called in on her way home to check on proceedings. I recommend anyone to use her and get the best price for their property.
