I engaged the Simon Salm Property Sales Team to sell my investment property and was extremely pleased with how they managed the service throughout the whole process. Despite the entire process was carried out across states, which makes it all the more astounding, I have to say that this has been my best experience to date in the more than 25 years that I have been involved with buying and selling real estate. The complete end-to-end process, including the consultation, planning, and improvements, was handled superbly. The sales price achieved was 30% above my expectations. Although to be fair this was influenced somewhat by a rising market, however I have no doubt the advice given by the team contributed significantly. For most, the main objective is to achieve, or exceed, expectations. Once again, they delivered with an astonishing price that had me questioning how they did it.
